Please contact Customer Service at 781-440-9993 to initiate a return. Customer Service will provide you with a Return Material Authorization form (RMA). A completed RMA must accompany all returns. Parts returned without a completed RMA will not be processed for replacement or credit. Parts returned in good working condition, as determined by American Holt Corp., will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
